{25.7.16} Japan Bomber Jacket

I'm sure by now, everyone has seen a version of this bomber somewhere.
I missed out on the Topshop one when it first hit stores...cue sad face and crying emoji. I had wanted it since I first saw it pop up on their website, but it seemed to sell out so quickly and with a heavy heart I had to leave the store without it.
So I was SO excited when I saw a similar one on the Sammy Dress website. I don't think a product has entered my 'cart' as quickly as this bomber. It also shipped so quickly, which meant I could finally wear the jacket I wanted so much!
I absolutely love the colours, and the fact that it's a reversible jacket is ama-zing. I love it!!
I decided to pair it with my navy corduroy skirt, a grey turtle neck and some navy boots.
I adore this look, and I can't wait to wear this jacket with so many different outfits.

{22.7.16} Adidas Sweater

Lately I've been obsessed (I mean OBSESSED!!) with oversized sweaters.
I find myself reaching for them constantly, especially on days when it's cold and all you want is to be cozy.
This Adidas sweater is one of my favourites. I love the 'snake' effect on the iconic Adidas sign, and the fit is perfect for me..oversized and comfy.
I decided to keep this outfit extremely simple, pairing it with some skinny jeans and my Adidas black and white sneakers. These are by far the most comfortable pair of sneakers that I own, I could live in them!

{18.7.16} Longer Length Bomber and Superstar Adidas

I'm a little (a lot!) obsessed with this bomber jacket.
I've wanted a longer length one for ages now, so when I saw this one I grabbed it!
I'm super happy I did, because it has fast become one of my favourite pieces this winter.
Not only is it a gorgeous fit, but it's so lovely and warm too.
I decided to pair it with my wrapped skirt, and a black sweatshirt and I finished off with my Adidas superstars. I adore the finished look!
It's one of my favourite outfits of this season.

{15.7.16} Faux Suede Jacket and Studded Boots

This outfit definitely made me feel a bit 'rocker chick-esque'...and I love it!
I bought these faux leather skinnies last year, but found this amazing faux suede jacket on the sale rack whilst browsing around the store. I absolutely love it.
I decided to keep my whole outfit very minimal, and went for an all black look. I wore an oversized knit and these gorgeous studded boots, which happen to be extremely comfortable.
I love this look!!

{Thursday Treats} DIY Denim: Patches and Badges

Following on from a previous post featuring the finished product of this DIY. I decided to do a quick post showing the super easy process, (which has me obsessed!).
I purchased some badges at the beginning of the year when Cotton On launched their patches, and recently added to my collection when Mr.Price followed suit.
I had a denim jacket in mind, which I had spotted in the men's section of Mr.Price. It was large, oversized and a darker denim...exactly what I wanted!
I recruited my mom to help with the ironing (so a huge shoutout and thank you to her) and we set to work. It's so easy, you just iron the patch face side up, in the place you'd like the patch to be and voilĂ !
It took less than ten minutes to finish the entire jacket, and I couldn't be happier with the result. complete the look and add some more!:)

{13.7.16} Thigh High Brown Boots and Distressed Leather Jacket

I've already shown the black version of these boots in an earlier blog post here and now it's time to show the equally gorgeous brown ones.
When I bought the black, I was so upset that there weren't any more colours, they just fit perfectly and I loved the fact that they were tighter around my leg. But fast forward a few weeks, and whilst shopping for my brother's birthday present (haha) I saw the brown. There was only one size left, which happened to be mine, so I think it was definitely a 'meant to be' situation,
I love the colour, it's a lighter brown, but it pairs perfectly with almost any other colour, they're so versatile.
I decided to pair them with a simple black cami, and my distressed faux leather jacket from Zara. I adore the finished outfit!

{11.7.16} Customised Denim and Hunter Boots

The past few months, I've been obsessed with badges and patches.
I seem to zero in on them whenever I'm in a store, but can you blame me?
I bought a ton of badges and patches whilst looking through Cotton On and Mr.Price, and I couldn't wait to get home and customise my own denim jacket (from the men's section no less haha).
I loved the finished result, and I've even set a day to go and grab some more to make my jacket just a little more 'bedazzled'. :)
For this look, I threw the jacket over my shoulders, and wore a cobalt blue Isabel Marant knit, navy corduroy skirt and my Hunter Boots.
